It will provide guidelines for navigating a complex world through attempts to penetrate the fogs of misinformation so often projected by public figures. Who use the force of personality and the powers of the state to conceal the truth.
Everyone has dreams, this is a universal quality of humans. However, life does not always allow them to be realised: bad luck, accidents, and general circumstances often get in their way. However, by taking some precautions, their chance for being brought into reality can be increased.
The Protectorate will attempt to create an emotional and intellectual shield for these dreams. It will try to set forth a more positive vision for public leadership.
